This pasteurized sheep’s cheese from Spain is cured with an oil based paste containing red peppers, paprika and cayenne mixed throughout its paste. It is bright, colorful and is visually striking. Just as the name implies, it has a nice kick to it without being overwhelming and is surprisingly well balanced.
