Beemster Goat Gouda

The famous Dutch cheese is known as 'Beemster' but made entirely of goat milk. Our Beemster Goat Cheese features the same sweetness as Beemster, but is a little more subtle and nutty.It is not an overly strong cheese, but still quite flavourful. The texture is firm, yet slightly creamy.
