Each month, our subscription box features a thoughtfully curated selection of cheeses from some of the world’s most respected cheesemaking regions.

You can expect a rotating mix of styles and milk types—ranging from soft and bloomy, to washed-rind, fresh, and aged—chosen for balance, seasonality, and flavour.
Our selections may include cheeses from France, Italy, Spain, England and Canada, alongside occasional discoveries from other renowned cheesemaking regions. From time-honoured European classics to exceptional Canadian artisan cheeses, each box is designed to offer both familiar favourites and new finds.
Every selection is paired with tasting notes and thoughtful accompaniments, inviting you to slow down, explore the flavours, and enjoy the craftsmanship behind each cheese.

Can I choose the cheeses in my box?​
No. Our subscription boxes are expertly curated and meant to be a surprise. This allows us to showcase exceptional, seasonal, and sometimes exclusive cheeses that may not always be available in the shop. Trust us—we promise it’s part of the fun!
How much does the subscription cost?
The Cheese Subscription Box is $69.99 + HST per month, plus delivery fees based on location.
Are the cheeses pasteurized?​
Many are, but not all the cheeses will be pasteurized. Some boxes may include raw or thermalized milk cheeses, depending on availability and seasonality. If this is a concern, please contact us before subscribing.
Is a vegetarian or gluten-free box available?​
No. Some, but not all, of our cheeses are vegetarian-friendly. While we do include cheeses made without animal rennet when possible, we cannot guarantee a fully vegetarian or gluten-free box every month.
Where do you deliver?​
We currently deliver to Bobcaygeon, Fenelon Falls, Dunsford, Buckhorn and Lindsay. If you live outside these regions, you can still enjoy this subscription, as we have an option to pick up the box from our shop.

Why are the prices different for each location?
We have adjusted the prices for each location to include a delivery charge, but you can choose the option to pick up the subscription box at our shop for no extra charge.
How are boxes delivered?​
All subscription boxes are hand-delivered on the second Tuesday of each month, ensuring freshness and proper food handling.
What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
We will make one delivery attempt only. Because the contents are perishable, if no one is available to receive the box, it will be your responsibility to pick it up from the shop.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause for a month or cancel at any time.
