Bleu d'Affinois (cow)

Bleu D’Affinois is a soft bloomy rind triple-cream cheese, made unique by the addition of a blue mould running through the centre of the paste. The aroma is mild, and the flavour is salty, with a mild blue flavour and notes of cream.
