This Brazilian-style grilling cheese from Unique Brazilian Dairy in Manitoba is made for the barbecue. (Think Halloumi, but with less salt).
Unlike most cheeses, BBGrill holds its shape right over the flames, developing a delicious golden-brown crust while becoming warm and soft on the inside. No melting through the grates, no mess, just perfectly grilled cheese ready to enjoy on its own or drizzled with hot honey!
