Petit Gres d'Alsace Champagne

A beautiful, small format, washed rind cheese from France.  It has semi-soft texture with nutty, yeasty notes. It is finished with a bath of Champagne and topped with a fern leaf native to the region. So rich you can eat it with a spoon.
