Kaamps Maple Whisky

This semi-hard cheese is unique specialty made from pasteurized cow's milk by a Farmstead Creamery located in the Netherlands. During its preparation, the cheese curd is washed in Canadian maple syrup whiskey giving it a pleasantly spicy and somewhat woody character  with sweet undertones. Striking the perfect balance between the inherent strength of Canadian whisky and the rich, golden flavour of pure maple syrup.
