Pinonoire Jurassic

Pinonoire Jurassic is a specialty French cheese made in a similar style to Morbier. Instead of a traditional vegetable ash line, the wheel's center is injected with a streak of Pinot Noir grape must. It is immersed in Pinot Noir wine, giving its semi-soft paste a distinctively fruity, woody, and vinous flavor.
